The Neighborhood in Rio Rancho is looking for an Activities Assistant who is ready for an exciting challenge! In this pivotal role, you will assist the Activities team in implementing therapeutic activity and life enrichment programs in the facility. You will support volunteers and lead holistically designed activity programs that support person centered care philosophy and a high level of care. About You:
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a senior living facility, recreation therapy, or a related field.
- Working knowledge in gerontology, dementia, physiology and anatomy, and/or recreation therapy.
- Valid CPR/AED and First Aid certification is preferred.
