SalaryLegacy Post Acute Care is currently looking to hire a full time Activity Assistant. Our 5-star facility, has been a family owned business for more than 40 years. We are conveniently located in Martinez just off the Highway 4 and 680 interchange.
Activity Assistant applicants should have a passion for improving the quality of life of our residents. Post acute or long term/senior care experience is preferred. Preferred work schedule is Wednesday through Sunday but may be flexible.
Job Summary/Responsibilities:
- Conducting daily scheduled group and individual activities
- Assisting residents with quality of life and activities of daily living
- Working with the Activity Director to develop the monthly schedule of activities
- Assisting with documentation
Requirements:
- Must demonstrate a commitment to serving our population
- Must be able to read, write, understand English
