Our Activities Aides assist in planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating recreational, social and spiritual programs in accordance with facility policy, the resident's care plan, and as directed by supervisors.
Job Tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Treats all residnets with dignity and respect
- Follows appropriate safety and hygine mesures at all time to protect residnets and themselves
- Reports any allegations of abuse, neglect, misappropriation of property, exploitation, or mistreatment of residnets to supervisor and/or administrator.
- Floows established infection control policies and procedures
- Refers resident/families to appropriate social services personnel when indicated
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in the English language.
- Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
