We’re Looking For:
We are seeking an Activation Manager with experience in customer account activation and support. You will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience and driving buyer usage. In this role, you will be involved in acting as a personal liaison for dealers in your region, setting and meeting expectations, and facilitating onboarding and client referrals. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in customer account management, exceptional communication skills, and a track record of driving customer engagement and usage.

  • A Proud Ambassador. Taking ownership of all buy-side activity in your region, you proudly and enthusiastically advocate for the usage of our platform as well as facilitate buyer referrals from your dealers.
You Will:
  • Act as the main point of contact for dealerships within your assigned book of business for the initial customer experience until the customer is activated on the platform.
  • Maintain a good flow of communication with all departments while acting cross-organizationally to ensure satisfaction of stakeholders and resolution of issues.
  • Develop and maintain competitive knowledge and expertise in areas of products, industry trends, and other developments. Understand and react to the competitive landscape.
  • Thoroughly document all research and customer interactions in our CRM to ensure product and service reliability.
  • Track daily, weekly, monthly call activity and performance measurements against goals and sales targets using CRM software to meet or exceed all goals and KPIs.
Who You Will Work With:
Reporting to a Director of Account Activation, this role will collaborate with dealerships on a regular basis. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams such as product management and technology teams.
Must Have's:
  • College degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2-3+ years in a customer focused, industry specific, or account management position.
  • Superior communication skills, able to clearly articulate ideas and concepts.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite products.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
  • Ability to blend sales acumen, outstanding interpersonal skills, and enthusiasm to stay flexible in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Nice to Have's:
  • Experience in the automotive industry.
  • Experience utilizing Slack and other communication tools.
  • Experience selling SaaS platforms into dealerships is a plus.
