Elwyn Adult Behavioral Health Services is seeking an ACT Team Lead to support our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program in Raleigh, North Carolina. The ACT team offers on-call crisis support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to the residents of Wake County.
$70,000 - $80,000 / year and comprehensive benefits.
Eligible for $5000 sign on bonus.
Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm with some additional coverage as needed.
The Role:
The ACT Team Lead directs, supervises, and supports the activities of an interdisciplinary team including an Assistant Team Lead, dedicated office assistant, Psychiatrist, Registered Nurse, Master-Level Clinician, Peer Support Specialist, and Case Managers.
In addition to the direct leadership role, the Team Lead will carry a reduced clinical caseload and be responsible for various program administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree (Behavioral Health, Psychology, Social Work).
- Licensed Clinician holding any of the following professional credentials: Physician or Psychiatrist, Licensed Psychologist (Doctorate Level), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (CADC), or Certified Clinical Supervisor (LCMHCS).
- Substance Abuse Specialist (CADC) certification preferred.
- 2+ years in a leadership position working with individuals with severe and persistent mental health issues (in-patient and/or community-based treatment).
- A solid grasp of clinical work as well as the emotional intelligence and organization skills needed to direct and motivate a team of highly skilled/credentialed healthcare professionals.
