Position Overview:
As an Acquisitions Real Estate Agent, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with Real Estate Agents and wholesalers, converting them into primary deal suppliers. This position offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of our mission, helping solve challenging situations in the Real Estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building incredible and long lasting relationships with Real Estate Agents and wholesalers.
- CLOSING DEALS!!!
- Converting Real Estate Agents and wholesalers into primary deal suppliers.
- Diligently following up with Real Estate Agents and wholesalers for deals.
- Submitting offers and negotiating on properties with Real Estate Agents.
- Reviewing contracts and ensuring their accuracy.
- Structuring deals with Real Estate Agents and wholesalers.
- Engaging in phone conversations, educating, and collaborating with agents, wholesalers, and flippers to facilitate property sales.
Qualifications:
- Must live in Denver, Colorado.
- Proven track record in sales.
- Licensed Real Estate Agent.
- Strong organizational and phone skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- A True Desire to SOLVE SELLERS PROBLEMS We want someone who has a GREAT HEART
- A Hungry Mindset ready to make an insane amount of money!
Compensation:
- All commission based, 20% per deal. (industry average is 15%)
- Expectation 150 -200k no caps on commission per historical performance of other sales reps
- Bonuses based on performance.
Opportunities for Growth:
There are potential opportunities for raises and promotions to roles such as Sales Manager or Operations Manager.
