This employer is seeking an EXPERIENCED Ceiling Tile Installer in Indianapolis, IN and surrounding Counties to join our winning team. We offer steady work, above average wages with weekly pay and a full benefits package for those with the skills and knowledge to help our clients achieve their goals.
HOURS: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm, some weekend work
LOCATION: Indianapolis, IN
PAY RATE: $20-$25/hr (depending on experience)
Talent Logistix is actively seeking skilled and experienced Drywall professionals, hangers, tapers and finishers to join our dynamic team. Candidates must possess a proven track record in the Drywall field and be equipped with their own tools. A willingness to perform work in multiple trades is a valuable asset.
Successful candidates will demonstrate drive, self-motivation, a customer-centric approach, confidence (without arrogance), and a high degree of professionalism. If you are a versatile individual capable of taking charge and delivering quality work on time.
- Visual acuity required for close work, color differentiation, depth perception, and to adjust focus.
- Install ceiling tile on walls or ceilings.
- Fasten drywall panels to the inside framework of houses and other buildings.
- Help build walls and ceilings.
- Mount decorative or functional tiles or blocks, strips, or sheets of shock-absorbing materials to ceilings and walls of buildings.
- Ensure walls are soundproofed.
- Measure and mark the surface according to blueprints and drawings.
- Select and order appropriate amount of tiles.
- Nail moldings to the wall to support and seal the joint between the ceiling Tile and the wall.
- Mount tile using adhesives.
- Press tile into place firmly.
- Remove chipped or defective tiles.
- Add tiles for backsplash or decorative touches.
- Assist in remodels.

- Familiarity with blueprint reading and construction plumbing
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Knowledge of mold remediation procedures is a plus
