Job Description
Foos Construction is seeking a highly skilled Carpenter to join our team! We are a local residential and commercial construction company specializing in building exteriors and light interior work. To thrive in this role, you must be able to work well in a jobsite setting and be able to work and manage yourself independently. One must possess rough and finish carpentry skills to include, interior and exterior framing, trim and other related skills are required. The ideal candidate must be a problem solver with the ability to collaborate well with the Project Manager. An excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction, as well as a strong work ethic and attention to detail and the work environment are a must.
You may Lead a team of carpenters to perform remodeling tasks. Must have Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with the Production Manager, subcontractors, and clients as the Lead Carpenter is the working jobsite manager. Responsible for jobsite safety, cleanliness, security and protection from the elements. You may coordinate tasks and train other employees.

Schedule: M-F 8am - 4pm
Compensation: $25.00 p/h - $30.00 p/h depending on experience & evaluation (bi-weekly pay schedule)
Time off:
After 3 months of employment you will receive:
- 6 paid holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day)
- 2 Paid Personal Days (PTO)
After 6 months:
- You will be evaluated for a raise
After 1 year:
- You will be evaluated for another raise and additional PTO
