Requirements:
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Accounts Receivable process and portfolio, which includes:
  • Coordinating and actively participating in Collection efforts
  • Managing the Dunning Process in our accounting software (NetSuite)
  • Overseeing the Liens process, Small Claims, Small Amounts and Referral to Attorneys
  • Coordinates Lien decision making and Lien Signing process/meetings with the Owner
  • Monitoring he A/R Aging and related ratios
  • Developing KPI's and assessing performance and results.
  • Supervising Cash Posting
  • Supporting the Billing Team with any questions or issues.
• In charge of the recruitment process of the A/R Team which includes:
  • Screening and interviewing candidates (phone, in person, and working interviews)
  • Training of new hires - identifying training opportunities for current staff
  • Coaching and Team building
  • Conducting performance evaluations
  • Assisting with discipline and termination in accordance with company policy.
• Plans, coordinates, and supervises the work of assigned staff engaged in A/R functions.
• Maintains a documented system of accounting policies and operation procedures
• Identifies and recommends updates to processes and procedures related to A/R.
• Assumes other related duties and projects as assigned

Education and/or Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• Minimum Experience: One to two (1-2) years of related Accounts Receivable experience

Compensation details: 60000-70000 Yearly Salary
