This position is also responsible for delivering Raving Fans customer service to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:
- Process Accounts Receivable, including monthly billings, deposits and journal entries for internal and external customers, for several different entities.
- Daily data verification and reconciliation of cash deposits, including processing journal entries, maintain monthly control log and attachments.
- Work with managers to solve cash management discrepancies.
- Be able to multi-task and handle daily, weekly and monthly deadlines.
- Calculate monthly tax for Solid Waste & Surcharge Return for FDOR, for golf car batteries and tires.
- Monthly review of Waste Management property owner’s data to identify changes in ownership for billing consideration.
- Process and allocate selected vendor invoices to proper departments.
- Track company SunPass transponders and process related monthly invoice.
- Process funds for Cash Closings.
- Daily deposits and posting of deposits to correct companies, division and departments.
- Daily Bank Reconciliations.
- Reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts.
- Offer assistance to anyone in your department if you have time or expertise to help out.
Education/Experience Requirements:
- College or technical degree preferred with at least two years general accounting experience required.
- Intermediate experience and proficiency with Excel required.
- Basic accounting and general ledger knowledge required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience of analysis of accounting data required.
- Ability to work on confidential matters required.
