Job Responsibilities:
- Process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries
- Post and allocate customer payments to appropriate accounts
- Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts
- Generate and analyze aging reports
- Assist in month-end closing activities
- 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
