Westmoreland Mechanical Testing & Research is looking to fill our Accounts Receivable Manager role. In this position you will supervise, monitor, and evaluate all day-to-day account activity. In addition, you will be establishing financial status by working with systems to collect, analyze, verify, and report financial information./

- Oversees daily operations of invoicing and account activity
- Monitor and analyzes accounting data
- Reports financials data to accounting firm

- Monitors and reviews the performance of direct reports, and provides prompt and objective coaching, mentoring, and counseling.

- Performs other duties and tasks as assigned
- US Citizenship required
- Associates degree in Business, Finance, Or Accounting required
- 5-10 years' experience in Accounts Receivable and accounts payable required
- 3-5 years supervisory experience required
- Understanding and knowledge of all accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
- Effective business judgment and decision-making skills
- Experience coaching, mentoring, and training staff at all levels.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and team building skills
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as other organizational/planning tools
- Ability to adapt to changing work environments
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong time-management skills
- Ability to stand, sit, or move around for prolonged periods of time
