The Accounts Receivable Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of Accounts Receivable for the agency. This includes invoicing, credit management, customer relations, payment collection, cash application, reporting and analysis, risk management, training, supervision, and process improvement.
This position oversees the generation of accurate and timely invoices with minimal errors and delays. Evaluates the creditworthiness of customers before extending credit. Develops and executes effective strategies for timely collection of payments from customers and appropriate application of payments to customer accounts. Maintains a high level of proficiency in specialized software to enhance operational efficiency.
The Accounts Receivable Manager supervises a multi-person staff to effectively play a crucial role in maintaining positive cash flow and contributing to the overall financial health of the agency.
This is a work from home position. Candidate must live in the Nashville, TN area.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Three to Five years’ experience in Accounts Receivable management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $53,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
