Compensation: Salary + Commission (Total Compensation $60-75k)

Primary Duties:

Active Phone Engagement: Spend approximately 50% of the time on outbound phone calls, coordinating Project Completion and balance collections. This crucial task will accelerate project closure and have a massive impact on our cash flow.

Dynamic Relationship Builder: Excel in building strong customer relationships through trust, respect, and effective communication, enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction.

Project Completion Management: Oversee the final stages of projects, ensuring all aspects are completed satisfactorily.

Balance Collection: Proactively collect all remaining balances at Project Completion.

Strategic Account Management: Monitor customer accounts during the project lifecycle, focusing on both sales enhancement and efficient collections.

Operational Reporting: Achieve targets in financial reporting and manage high-volume workflows related to Project Completion.

Customer Engagement and Follow-Up: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, payment arrangements, project milestones, and follow-ups.

Effective Task Prioritization: Efficiently handle multiple projects and accounts, prioritizing tasks for optimal financial outcomes.
