Accounts Receivable Clerk

Duties:

- Process and record customer payments and invoices
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Generate and distribute customer statements and reports
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or concerns

Experience:

- Proficient in debits, credits, and journal entries
- Familiarity with double-entry bookkeeping principles
- Experience in technical accounting or medical billing is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Excellent phone etiquette and telemarketing skills
- 10-key typing skills for efficient data entry
