Accounts Receivable Clerk

```Duties```
- Process Accounts Receivable transactions, including invoicing, posting payments, and reconciling customer accounts.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer balances to ensure timely payment.
- Prepare and distribute monthly statements to customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and payment issues.
- Collaborate with the sales team to resolve any discrepancies or disputes with customers.
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to Accounts Receivable.

```Requirements```
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
