Summary:
This individual will aid in Accounts Payable by checking invoices and outstanding payments via HI-EMA provided electronic and hard copy invoices. They will assist with processing paperwork for accounts receivable.
General Responsibilities:
- Documents and provides notes for all processed transactions and bills.
- Corresponds with vendors/payees, HI-EMA, Department of Defense Accounting, and Procurement Teams.
- Builds a system to document and digitalize all Accounts Payable and accounts receivables records, entries, and transactions.
- Other tasks related to Accounts Payable and accounts receivable.
