Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of ccounts Payable/Receivable Support Senior for a contract to hire position in Hybrid, CA.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Process AP related tasks.
• Audit employee expense reports and provide assistance and resolution to employee as needed
• Review and execute contracts and amendments.
• Maintain accurate contract records and documentation
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling
• Be responsible for the execution of assigned projects and activities.
• Work collaboratively/independently to manage project plans, timelines, and identify areas for continuous improvement for processes as needed
• Ensure source documents are accurate and complete with appropriate approvals; and follow up with appropriate sources (externally and internally) to resolve as necessary
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Preferred:

• Ability to multitask
