Tech24 is searching for an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to work out of their Greenville, SC office. As an AP Supervisor, you will oversee the daily Accounts Payable operation at our Legacy Business. Duties include timely review, approval, and process of all invoices and expense vouchers for payment. The role will also assist in onboarding new companies to the AP platform as they are acquired.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
• Maintain accurate vendor files and resolve any conflicts with vendors. Work with appropriate Department Managers for approvals and budget coding.
• Accurately issue and document vendor payments by paper check, portal, ACH, or wire as required.
• Supervise accounts payable clerks in a manner that meets month-end deadlines. Review and provide month-end AP aging to management.
• Maintain mechanism for Employee expense reimbursements and Customer Refunds to be handled quickly.
• Supervise timely reports and payments per agreements for leases of property, facilities, and equipment. Maintain accurate records and reports for same.
• Support finance team by coding non-expense items (fixed assets, deposits, prepaids, accruals) for payment in accordance with our financial statement policies.
• Support accuracy of monthly financial statements.
• Oversee completion of credit applications. Assist in opening direct bill accounts and providing State sales tax exemptions.
• Manage, prepare and file 1099's and Informative Returns at year end
• Maintain audit files throughout year. Aid in year-end audit as needed.

- Support CFO and Controller with additional ad hoc reporting and special projects as required.
Qualifications and Competencies:
- 5 years of related experience required.
- Two or more years of leadership experience required.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills for interacting with accountants, vendors, and upper management.
- Superb planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
