Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- ensuring accurate financial reporting and timely check processing
- matching, batching, and coding invoices
- gathering backup for weekly check runs, sending out payments, maintaining vendor contact
- providing exceptional customer service for any inquires or discrepancies, company invoices, auditing for appropriate expense coding and signature approval, and data entry
- daily research and resolution of vendor problem invoices and credit memos
- assisting Accounting Manager with weekly, monthly, and year-end processes
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-Previous experience working in Multiview software
-Experience in performing financial data analysis
Education:
Associate
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
-Associate of Science Degree in Accounting or business related field with 3+ years? experience in Accounts Payable.
-Minimum two years of relevant Accounts Payable experience.
-Previous experience in use of computerized accounting and financial management systems
-Experience in performing financial data analysis
