* Provides administrative support to the Accounts Payable Department and handles a wide array of administrative tasks to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, professional standards, and external requirements of regulatory bodies.
* Completes accurate data entry and monitors relevant systems for errors, promptly notifying chain of command of any issues that need to be addressed.
* Works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve Accounts Payable issues and address inquiries in a timely manner.
* Maintains up-to-date and accurate department files and the vendor database. Solicits vendor forms and validates vendor data for accuracy and compliance.
* Assists with processing payments and reviewing transactions.
* Maintains a procedure manual for position.

Relevant Education:
