We are currently hiring for:  Accounts Payable Manager

The Accounts Payable Manager is responsible for all areas associated with the processing of Accounts Payable and related month end close processes.  The Accounts Payable Manager supervises a team of 4 and is responsible for managing the team to ensure work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner. 

Responsibilities:

·         Leading the daily Accounts Payable operations. 

·         Managing the Accounts Payable team to ensure work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner.

·         Responsible for the reconciliation, transmission, and upload of corporate card transactions.

·         Cross-trains team in various AP related software and processes.

·         This position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of Accounts Payable activities.

·         Ensures the accuracy and timeliness for reporting of all Accounts Payable monthly financial information.

·         Ensures all financial reporting deadlines are met.

·         Works with each direct report to establish goals and objectives then monitor and advise on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff.

·         Manage weekly and off cycle check and ACH/Wire pay runs, ensuring payments are approved in accordance with company policies and internal controls.

·         Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and integrity.

Requirements:

·         4+ years of Accounts Payable leadership.

·         Intermediate level of Microsoft Products (MSW, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook

·         Customer focused and have strong problem-solving skills.

·         Knowledge of general accounting principles, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements.

·         Excellent customer service skills

·         Strong research and analytical abilities

·         Attention to detail.

·         Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

·         Must be a team player

·         Strong communicator both written and via phone.

·         Strong organizational skills

·         Candidate must successfully pass post-offer/pre-employment drug and background screen.
