Job Description:
We are searching for an experienced, detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Inventory Specialist to join our growing company. In this position, you will be responsible for compiling, recording, and processing inventory invoices accurately. You will work collaboratively with our team of skilled professionals in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify vendor invoices
- Record invoices into accounting software ensuring accurate reporting in a timely manner
- Review invoices and reconcile statements to pay
- Assist the accounting manager in month-end closing tasks
- Communicate with vendors as needed to reconcile accounts
- Collaborate with managers for any issues related to Accounts Payable & Inventory
- Maintain inventory database to ensure accuracy for inventory costing
- Process warranty parts for credit and returns Assist with other projects as needed

- Detail-oriented with strong focus on ethics and accuracy
- Analytical problem-solving skills
- Experience with accurate data entry
- Strong communication skills Experience using Excel & Google Sheets
Work Schedule:
Full-Time
Pay and Benefits
- $35,000-$42,000 annually
