Job Description
Responsibility of complete payments, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices to maintain Accounts Payable records. All S&S activewear employees must adhere to the guidelines presented in the S&S Activewear Employee Handbook.
Schedule
Monday - Friday 8AM - 430PM, Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Duties & Responsibilities
- Show up on time every day, ready to work with a positive attitude.
- Properly code, distribute all incoming invoices.
- Efficiently and accurately enter all data into the accounting program.
- Application of manual credits.
- Review and reconcile monthly vendor statements.
- Maintain and organize the filling system.
- Process of cutting/mailing checks
