Responsibilities

• Accurately matching, coding, and entering vendor invoices on a daily basis
• Verifying accounts by reconciling transactions to monthly vendor statements
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Providing excellent customer service to vendors

Qualifications

• Experience with accounting software, preferably Sage100
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
