Accounts Payable Clerk.

Looking for a flexible schedule where you can put your Accounts Payable experience to work? Come work with a Williston company in this 32 hour per week role with a preference of Monday, Tuesday and Friday working days and flexibility on the remainder of the week. Responsibilities: ...

-Daily processinng of Accounts Payable (AP) invoices
-Answering phone and welcoming office visitors
-Maintaining W9 forms for vendors
-Completing month-end AP closing
-Process contract billing and Time & Materials (T&M) billing
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-An Associates degree in Accounting is preferred
-Experience with Sage accountinng software products is a benefits in this position

-1 or more years of accounting experience is required for this position
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular, MS Excel
-The ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
-The ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders
