Job Description
PrideStaff is seeking a PT AP/AR Associate for a 2-3 Month Assignment in Carlsbad, Ca.
Hours/schedule: 15-20 hrs a week – Monday, Wednesday and Friday (ideally but can be flexible on the 3 days) – Between the hours of 9am-4pm
Duties AP:
- Processing, verifying, and recording invoices and payments in QuickBooks
- Enter credit card transactions
- Paying vendors on time and accurately
- Weekly check run
- Correspond with vendors when payments are made informing them on which invoices were paid
Duties AR:
- Recording payments (ACH or Checks) and posting them to customer accounts
- Create deposit slip for check deposit at bank
- Monitoring overdue invoices and reaching out to the customer for payment status update
- Create credit memos for any shortages from the customer and applying it towards the appropriate invoice(s)
Other duties:
- Logging into Webgility daily and updating/syncing inventory on hands in QuickBooks to Shopify
- Posting new online orders from Webgility to Quickbooks
- Running weekly inventory report
- Assist with running monthly sales commission reports
- Other tasks assigned
