Job Description
We are looking for a finance/accounting person with experience and proven knowledge in classical accounting and controlling in industrial businesses or environment. This individual will report to the local Accounting/Finance Manager and to the headquarters finance and controlling department. We prefer in-office work, but a hybrid schedule may be considered as an option for the right person and under certain circumstances.
Responsibilities
· Knowledge in classical accounting (balance sheet, P&L, AR, AP) and/or controlling within industrial sector.
· 2-3 of experience with accounting and book keeping in an ERP system
· Help with Financial tasks are e.g.:
Preparing monthly reports, annual financial statements and ad-hoc-evaluations for the regional and global management
Analysis of the financial figures and monitoring of budgets
Contribution to forecasts and strategy/business plans
Implementation of internal controls for financial processes
· The financial competencies and qualifications should cover:
solid industrial project accounting skills,
some inventory management experience,
experience in implementing and maintaining ERP/Accounting systems,
cash management and banking knowledge.
Experience with integrated ERP systems with accounting and finance modules
· The candidates’ profiles ideally include knowledge related to Commercial Admin area as well as office management.
· Should have Analytical and communication skills
· Must be a team player
· Must have excellent communication skills
· Must have a valid legal status in the US. We will not sponsor any candidate for VISA.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelors’ degree in accounting, business administration or related field / advanced degree or certification like CPA or CMA
· Good knowledge on MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams)
· Familiar with financial software (QuickBooks) and integrated ERP systems
· Familiar with local US and TX taxes
· Must be able to pass background check and drug & alcohol testing
· Proficient in English language (spoken, written). Other language a plus.
· Comfortable with doing presentations in person and via Teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
