Accounting Systems Manager

Summary: Responsible for maintaining, developing and supporting the financial reporting software, OneStream, used for SEC and management reporting, planning and analysis.

Essential Job Duties:

• Ensures the integrity of the Company financial data by reviewing and monitoring system activity.

• Assists the financial, planning and analysis team with annual planning and monthly forecasting as needed.
• Assists financial reporting team with monthly close process and analytics as needed.
• Implements system changes, metadata changes, and corresponding updates to reports.
• Provides technical support for users, and interfaces with vendors as necessary to resolve issues.
• Maintains user provisioning following internal control processes, utilizing company forms and ServiceNow.
• Provides users with documentation for system changes/enhancement, as well as training for new users.
• Interfaces with software vendor (OneStream) and/or consulting firm (Finit) for support.
• Coordinates the implementation of upgrades with the vendor(s) and internal IT resources, typically twice a year.
• Stays informed of new features and upgrades to improve reporting and efficiencies.
• Assists with special projects and special requests as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Reporting Relationships:

• Reports to the Director of Corporate Accounting
• Contacts include financial departments throughout the company, external auditors, internal audit, IT and vendors

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, management information systems or related field
• 3 years of OneStream or Hyperion (HFM) administrator experience
• Experience in multinational (multi-currency) consolidations
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Excellent time management, analytical, communication, decision making, presentation and organization skills
• Ability to resolve problems in a timely manner

Preferred:

• CPA and/or Masters in Accounting
• 2 years of public company reporting experience
• SAP experience

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit at a computer terminal for long periods of time.
• Ability to be physically in attendance at workstation at designated company office location during normal business hours designated for this position.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Compensation:

Compensation Range: $85,000-$90,000

Actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on a number of variables including work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer. This position is not eligible for a variable pay component as part of the hiring range.
