Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm
Salary $45-55k/year DOE
Responsibilities:
-Act as a point of contact for our clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing high-quality customer service
-Maintain client records, update policy information, and process policy changes accurately and efficiently
-Support the accounting team by handling various financial tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations
-Prepare and maintain financial reports, spreadsheets, and documentation to support the accounting function
-Perform general office administrative tasks, including managing incoming and outgoing mail, answering phone calls, and greeting visitors
-Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of documents and records as needed
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

-Minimum of 3 years of administrative and accounting support experience
