Who You Are
You’ll be a quick-start, badass rockstar who is super-skilled in QBO and payroll, with a creative, multitasking, and client-facing mindset, who knows the ins and outs of the industry, and provides positive and proactive support through interactions with both our clients and teammates.
The Role
The Accountant Extraordinaire role at our company requires 30 to 40 hours of work per week. Our culture values include being consistent & accurate, proactive & strong communicators, trustworthy & reliable, and caring & helpful. The perfect hire for this role should have experience with Quickbooks Online, bookkeeping/accounting, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to multitask, be a self-starter, and have a dedication to client success. This includes maintaining timely & accurate books, knowing QBO, communicating complex financial data clearly & simply, responding to client enquiries promptly, and ensuring an overall fantastic experience for our very busy clients.
Skills
- Expert proficiency in Quickbooks Online (loves rules and automations)
- Strong knowledge of financial statements and general ledger
- Balance sheet expert
- Payroll processing experience
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
