Perform the daily operations of accounts payable, bookkeeping, and general ledger reconcilements. This position will also assist with the month end closing process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Perform all accounts payable and bookkeeping functions including daily institution balancing and bank reconcilements.
· Complete payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
· Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries.
· Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
· Perform GL account analysis and reconciliations including bank statements and company general ledger accounts.
· Review reports and documents, update spreadsheets; reconcile general ledger information; monitor account entries and ledgers.
· Post monthly and quarterly accruals.
· Maintain fixed assets on core processing system.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
