The Role
The Accounting Services Manager will provide general accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable and treasury support for FUJIFILM Electronic Materials U.S.A., Inc., and FUJIFILM Electronic Materials Process Chemicals.

Key responsibilities for this role include:
• Responsible for monthly/quarterly/annual reporting requirements
• Participate and provide financial input for budget, midterm and operation plan and current estimate.
• Provide financial analysis on ongoing basis to business and financial managers. This includes preparation and reviews with management on current estimates, performance results, business goals and strategy
• Responsible for all treasury functions including establishing and maintaining banks accounts and relationships with banks as required.
• Manage all credit, accounts receivable and cash application activities.
• Manager all accounts payable services.
• Responsible for general accounting support including general ledger account reconciliations.
• Establish and maintain proper accounting procedures and controls for the business.
• Support all financial, internal and J-Sox audit reviews and develop action plans to address deficiencies as required.
• Coordinate the preparation and review of all general ledger accounts.
• Provide direction re: accounting, tax, reporting issues for finance staff and managers in FFEM organization
• Respond to Corporate accounting, tax, treasury, and other departments (eg, transportation, SAP team).
• Coordinate strategy on systems development in support of the above functions.
• General Business Support to management and other departments
REQUIREMENTS
• BS degree in accounting or finance. A graduate degree in business or MBA is preferred.
• 10 years of work experience in accounting and finance
• Strong PC skills - Microsoft Office software - EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT
• Excellent working knowledge of SAP
• Works well in Team setting
• Good communication skills with all levels of personnel
• Excellent decision making skills
• Performs well independently as needed
• Ability to travel as needed.
• This is a safety-sensitive position that requires candidates to successfully pass a post-offer drug screening prior to employment. One of the essential job functions is the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
