Accounting Position

JOB SUMMARY:
The Accounting Position will be responsible for performing tasks related to the entry and reconciliation of cash/credit deposits, inventory reporting, and invoice processing for our stores. In addition, the Accounting Position will assist with the preparation of period and year-end financial statements and may be asked to assist with related projects and reports that arise throughout the year.

EDUCATION:
-High School Diploma
-Some college business classes preferred
Required Experience:
-2 years of Accounting experience, or relevant college courses
-Proficient with Microsoft Excel
-Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
-Strong organizational and analytical skills.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Assists with preparation of period and year-end financial statements
-Reconcile bank/credit card statements
-Assist with A/P processing
-Assist the with other accounting projects and reports as required
