Responsibilities
We are seeking an Accounting/Control Ops Sr. Analyst to support PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA) at our HQ location in Purchase, NY.
This role will be responsible for monitoring Volume and Revenue feeds to ensure it is posted correctly in accordance with GAAP and has all the required information for New reporting requirement for Finance and Mosiac reporting. (This work was being performed by our PepsiCo Global Template team and moving to baseline work)
Key Accountabilities:

• Review Ancillary Revenue
• Perform entries weekly to correct postings based on manager's guidance
• Perform IC revenue entries based on manager's guidance
• Include IC COFs in special table for GBI
• Perform COPA characteristics entries based on Managers guidance
• Ensure corrections postings are flowing through reporting accurately with characteristics.
• Significant impact on FP&A/Mosaic solution
• COBO vs. FOBO/Affilated sales based on manager's Guidance
• Record customer group correcting entries
• Perform accrual entries if needed based on manager's guidance
• Ensure proper recordings of revenue
• Review GBI exception reports
• Helps in the reconciliation
• Monitor use of "default" plants
• Weekly activity, work with material team (DMO) to extend materials to correct plants

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Accounting/Reporting experience
• BA in Accounting
• MBA/CPA preferred
• Strong knowledge of S4 reporting
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong Excel and system skills

Differentiating Competencies Required

• Detailed oriented
• Ability to understand reporting and IT flow of information
• Ability to work independently

Compensation and Benefits

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $74,800- $125,250 based on full-time schedule.
• Location confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
• Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
