Accounting Manager

```Job Summary:```
We serve a variety of clients primarily in the Christian non-profit space and are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our client service team. As the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for supervising remote staff and overseeing the preparation of client financial statements. This includes managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

```Duties:```
- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for a variety of clients.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts
- Conduct account analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to support financial planning and decision-making
- Assist with financial audits and provide necessary documentation

```Qualifications:```
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification required
- Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and accounting principles
- Proficient in using accounting software (Excel, Quickbooks Online, Gusto, Bill.com, and Expensify)
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret financial reports
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Strong financial acumen and ability to make sound business decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $65,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year
