Accounting Manager

Requirements

· Assist with the daily operations of the accounting department

· Must be experienced in all areas of accounting including but not limited to AR, AP, Bank Reconciliations, and Collections

· Must have experience with Proforma invoicing

· Must be able to assist with month-end close

· Must be experienced in processing Sales Tax Returns

· Must be experienced in processing commissions

· Must be experienced in Inventory

· Must be experienced in processing Payroll

· Maintain and manage budgets

· Must be able to manage multiple requests, assess priorities and consistently achieve deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· Must be a leader able to provide support to the Controller.

Qualifications

· Minimum 10 years' full cycle accounting

· Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role

· Manufacturing experience preferred

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

· Excellent analytical skills

· Must be proficient in QuickBooks

· Must be Proficient in Microsoft Office, EXCEL, and Outlook

· Must have strong communication skills both verbal and written

· Ability to follow through with details and document changes as requested

· Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with exceptional multitasking skills

· Must be reliable and punctual

· Must pass background check and drug test
