Job Description Summary:
The Accounting Manager will be responsible for low to mid-level accounting processes. The Accounting Manager will manage the month-end close process, complete balance sheet account reconciliations, and manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Job Description:
Job Responsibilities

• Manage the month-end general ledger close process
• Processing payroll bi-weekly
• Assist with the audit preparation and audit fieldwork.
• Complete ad hoc analyses and presentations as needed
• Continuously improving processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance the efficiency, automation, and accuracy of the financial deliverables
• Responsible for other tasks as directed.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• A minimum of 5 years experience with general ledger management, bank/balance sheet reconciliations, and accounts payable/accounts receivable preferred
• Strong financial acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills
• Moderate knowledge of accounting software and spreadsheets
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Agrees with and exhibits behaviors in accordance with the Pine Cove Statement of Faith
• Maintain compliance with all Pine Cove policies and procedures during employment including the Staff Policy Handbook
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal laws
• Must establish and maintain professional working relationships with employees, managers, and external constituents, including demonstrating consistent Speed of Trust behaviors
• Is self-motivated with a desire to serve and do all things with excellence
• Adjusts to changes in environment or schedule while maintaining a joyful attitude
• Possess current driver's license and able to drive company vehicles as needed
