What You'll Be Doing:
Reviewing, reconciling, and finalizing monthly financial statements for multiple properties.
Managing cash payments and ensuring sufficient funds for payments.
Supervising a team of 2-3 property accountants.
Coordinating audit requests and reviewing audit reports.
Providing essential financial support to various corporate departments and property personnel.
What You'll Need to be Considered:
Strong understanding of GAAP with 3-5 years of Accounting experience.
Supervisory experience.
Proficiency in Excel.

Background in property accounting and familiarity with mortgage statements.
