Accounting Intern

We are looking for an Accounting Internto join our team to support the Accounting Department by assisting in all aspects of Operational Accounting.

Your day-to-day work will include:

• Assist with Accounts Payable, Billing, Cash Management, and Payroll functions for company and its subsidiaries.
• Assist with maintaining record retention per policies and procedures.
• Assist the Director of Accounting with various tasks. (ex. scheduling meetings, mail documents, etc.)
• Serve as an accounting liaison between operations and other staff.

At a minimum you should have:

• Seeking a Degree in Accounting.
• A strong understanding of US GAAP.
• The ability to learn new technologies.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic analytical skills.
• Basic Excel skills.
• Ability to comprehend instructions and work independently as well as on a team.
