Hourly Wage:
The starting hourly wage for this position is $16.00/hour.
In this role, you will assist in the Indiana State Fair balancing process for the accounting team during the fair dates of July 28-Aug 20. Will need to begin employment no later than July 13, 2023. Fair days run Wednesday – Sunday and hours are normally 12:00pm- 9:00pm. Training will take place two weeks prior to the start of the fair during 9:00am-4:00pm.
- To be considered for this position, you must be enrolled currently in an accredited college or university, majoring in Accounting AND have completed at least two years (2) years of college-level education credits
- Must have a flexible schedule and be prepared to work weekends, early mornings, or late nights especially July 28-Aug 20
- Demonstrate people and management skills
- Demonstrate ability to thrive in a challenging and fun environment with many unknowns and changing objectives
- Detail-oriented
- Demonstrate project management skills to develop and execute multiple projects simultaneously to meet overlapping deadlines

Benefits of Employment with the State of Indiana:
This seasonal position does not offer benefits and is limited to 180 working days in an eleven (11) month continuous period
