Mullen's Markings, Inc. (MMI) was established in April of 2003. We are a class A Contractor in the state of Virginia and have been a registered vendor with VDOT for ten years. To ensure adherence to county and state regulations we have at least one VDOT Certified Pavement Marking Technician onsite on all MMI jobs. Our management combined experience exceeds 150 years and it shows in our pride and quality of work. MMI offers an array of pavement marking and sign services which range from new construction and design to maintenance and reconstruction of both commercial and residential projects.
Job Description
• Provide administrative and clerical support to Payroll and Accounting Department.
• Responsible for and manage the timekeeping software called TSheets, daily.
• Help HR/Payroll prepare, research, and submit Certified Payroll.
• Handles and screens HR/Payroll related phone calls.
• Accurately prepare and maintain payroll and accounting documents and records.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to other personnel including Operations Director & Manager.
• Assist Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable including but not limited to data entry or record keeping.
• Posting fuel purchases into the accounting system.
• Cross train to other duties as applicable and necessary.
Qualifications
• Experience in any Payroll or Timekeeping system.
• Certified Payroll experience Preferred.
• Competency or experience in MS Office, databases, and accounting system.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Handles confidential information with outmost care.
