Position Summary:
BBMA is looking to hire an Accounting Clerk that will support all financial activities for the business and will play a critical role in all financial operations. We seek a team member who thrives in a growth culture and has the ability to handle multiple priorities.This position is home-based in Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina or Alabama areas.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee payroll deductions and posting timely to account ledgers.
- Assist in day to day billing check for 70+ locations.
- Assist in the data transfer for all new acquisitions in the billing system.
- Assist in providing center directors support and training on billing system.
- Maintain A/R billing inbox regularly.
- Support Senior Accounting Leadership with the annual financial audit financial audit and tax process performed by our independent CPA firm.
- Identify opportunities for streamlining automation and process improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred but not required
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency with advanced or higher Excel skills
- Experience with Sage 100 preferred but not required
- Excellent communication, written, verbal, and presentation skills required
- Critical Thinking with attention to detail
- Desires to learn and develop
- ProCare experience is a plus
