RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review vehicle sales transactions for accuracy and compliance related to factory incentives
- Communicate any issues to department managers
- Apply for and track payments of factory incentives
- Navigate manufacturer's websites and post factory invoices into accounting
- post bank reserve income into accounting
- review and reconcile receivable schedules
- ensure that monthly and month end deadlines are met
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Automotive dealership experience preferred
- Must have a positive attitude and thrive in a team environment
- Availability to work overtime during month-end as needed
- Detailed oriented
- Self-starter who can work independently but take direction as needed
- Excellent follow-up skills
- Organized with ability to independently manage priorities
