Job Summary
Gary Yeomans Ford Ocala is seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join its administrative team. This is a full-time, hourly position located in Ocala, Florida. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting activities of the dealership and other administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
•Process customer payment, including credit card and cash transactions
•Research and resolve customer or vendor inquiries and discrepancies
•Analyze, enter and process financial information
•Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable
•Provide assistance with cash flow management
•Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports
•Assist with the preparation of banking deposits
•Undertake general bookkeeping duties
•Conduct reconciliation of accounts
•Perform routine administrative and clerical tasks
•Maintain an organized filing system
Requirements
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Minimum of two years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
•Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
•Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
•Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
