1st Shift - 7 AM - 3:30 PM
Authorized to process weekly payroll for all hourly team members.
Daily uploads punches from badge reader
Inputs data into the payroll system, including hours worked, child support & garnishment deductions, vacations, PAID days, & voluntary deductions.
Verifies hourly rate adjustments or changes affecting hourly payroll.
Maintain required payroll files & records.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Provide regular switchboard relief as well backup support for the receptionist.
Experience
Required- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of the Kronos system a plus.
Education
Preferred- High School / GED or better in Accounting
