Accounting Associate/Staff Accountant

Robert W. Morris & Company, PC is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our team. As a member of the Robert W. Morris & Company, PC team, you will work directly with entrepreneurs and managers of small to medium sized businesses. You will be providing sound business advice that enable these individuals to focus their efforts on the growth and success of their enterprise.

We are in search of an accountant who possesses the ability to build relationships with our clients and deliver the level of service Robert W. Morris & Company, PC is known for.

Competitive pay based on experience and qualification.

Possible Hybrid work arrangement after 6 months.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar field of study
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to complete work accurately and in a timely manner

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements
  
• Provide bookkeeping services including general ledger postings and bank reconciliations
• Comply with deadline requirements of engagements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $44,000.00 per year

Education:

• Bachelor's degree

Experience:

• Microsoft Excel: 3 year (Preferred)
• Financial Services: 3 year (Preferred)
• QuickBooks Desktop and/or QuickBooks Online (Preferred)
