Accounting Associate

We are an established women’s apparel designer/manufacturer/wholesaler located in NYC who is looking for an experienced Accounting Associate. The successful candidate will be detail oriented and able to accurately process a high volume of transactions in an organized and efficient manner.

Responsibilities Include

· Item/SKU Setup & Maintenance

· Order Processing & Invoicing

· Cash application and deduction management

· AP support

· Logistics support

Qualifications & Requirements

· A bachelor’s degree in accounting

· 3+ years of experience in an AR/AP role

· Must be proficient in Excel and QuickBooks

· Ability to multitask and adhere to tight deadlines

· Experience in the fashion industry a plus

Salary

· $62,500 - $75,000 commensurate with experience & qualifications

Job Type: Full-time
