Rhubarb Hospitality Collection is looking to hire an Accounting Assistant.
The Accounting Assistant responsibilities are but not limited to the following:
- Providing Support to the Accounting Department
- Processing vendor purchase invoices in NAV
- Reconciling vendor invoices and identify discrepancies
- Handling communications with clients via phone or email
- Create and update payment list in a weekly basis
- Preparing payment journals in NAV
- Maintain vendor files
- Assisting the Head of Finance with other projects
