What you'll be doing…
You'll have responsibilities in Payroll, Accounts Payable and General Accounting including (but not limited to):
- Processing payroll bi-weekly, print checks, make direct deposit transfers, payroll balancing, tax payments and journal entries
- Garnishments, deductions, status changes, etc.
- Calculating necessary payroll accrual entries
- Review accounts payable for accuracy
- Post invoices & generate accounts payable checks
- Maintain W-9 binder for all vendors
- Process all bank deposits
- Complete monthly balancing spreadsheets

Who you are...
- Associate’s degree in accounting or related field. Thorough knowledge of general accounting functions.
- Minimum of two years’ experience with A/R.
- Previous healthcare/skilled nursing experience preferred.
- Proficient in the use of business office machines, computers, spreadsheet and word processing.
